Bow Arm Morris Chair & Footstool
This chair and footstool has been our most striking and popular design. The back has five adjustments. The leather that is used is from Italy and is soft and supple. It has been influenced by the work of Gustav Stickley here in America, but adapted to a modern setting. This chair features quadralinear leg construction. The legs have four Quarter Sawn Red Oak boards mitered and then glued. This construction technique best displays the oak's ray flake, which seems to wrap around the leg.

The chair is finished with a light pecan stain, followed by 5 coats of satin clear finish, and wax. A great chair to watch TV, read a book, or just relax!
